A number of flagship regeneration projects in Birmingham have been highlighted by business professionals and ambassadors, recognising positive developments that have been achieved in the city.
Some £150 million worth of Property Development Finance has been channelled into various regeneration projects in Birmingham, including projects at Fort Dunlop, Eastside and the Custard Factory.
These initiatives have created thousands of new jobs while helping to regenerate the local economy.
Nick Paul, Advantage West Midlands chairman, is confident in the future of these and more development projects in Birmingham."Birmingham, one of the largest cities in Europe and the UK''s second city, is completely unrecognisable compared to 20 years ago and the transformation is by no means complete," he commented.
The West Midlands ambassadors, who will represent the region through Advantage West Midlands'' regional marketing campaign, includes Sir Digby Jones, Doug Ellis, Sir Peter Rigby and Adrian Chiles.
